Numb, scrolling, not sure why.
Therapy for adults who feel flat, stuck on their phone, and unsure what they want anymore.
Depression
Who This Is For
Hours go to scrolling, and there isn't much energy left to care about anything else.
- Adults who feel flat more often than sad.
- People who have forgotten what they actually care about.
- Anyone whose phone fills the space where interest used to be.
What We Work On
The scrolling hours
Looking at what scrolling does for you, and what it costs, without a lecture.
Low energy
Starting smaller than feels reasonable, so something actually gets started.
Losing track of what matters
Reconnecting with values you've set aside, one at a time.
The harsh inner voice
Noticing self-criticism as a thought, not a fact about you.
You don't have to feel motivated first. Small actions can come before the feeling does.
How Drew Works
Drew draws on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, Functional Analytic Psychotherapy and behavior analysis. With depression, behavioral work matters: the pattern of what you do each day shapes how you feel, and the reverse is true too.
Sessions are honest and practical. You'll look at where your days go and pick one thing worth trying, even when you don't feel like it.
What Can Shift
- Waiting to care before doing anythingActing first and letting interest catch up
- Hours lost without deciding to lose themNoticing the urge to scroll before following it
- Not knowing what you wantA clearer sense of what matters to you now

Try Before Next Session
This Week's Experiment
Choose one small thing you used to enjoy and do five minutes of it, even if it feels pointless. Afterward, rate how it went honestly. A flat result still tells you something useful.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this the right place if I'm in crisis?
No. This practice isn't set up for emergencies. In an emergency, call 911. For mental health crisis support in the US, call or text 988.
What if I don't have the energy for therapy?
That's common. Sessions start where you are, and the first steps are deliberately small.
Do I have to quit my phone?
No. The goal is choosing how you use it, not giving it up.
A free consultation is a small first step. That's enough for now.
