The plan after the plan.

Therapy for young adults and college students figuring out work, relationships, and who they are now.

Young Adults and College Students

Who This Is For

For adults ages 18 to 25, in college or early in a career.

  • College students juggling classes, work and a social life that doesn't feel easy.
  • Recent graduates figuring out an early career.
  • Young adults dealing with ADHD, anxiety or follow-through.
  • Anyone who looks like they have it together and privately feels lost about what comes next.

What We Work On

Follow-through

Starting assignments and projects before the deadline turns into a crisis.

ADHD and anxiety

Understanding how they show up for you and working with them.

Early career

Choosing a direction without needing the whole map first.

Relationships

Friendships, dating and family as you become more independent.

You don't need the whole plan. You need the next step that matters.

How Drew Works

Drew draws on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, Functional Analytic Psychotherapy and behavior analysis. With young adults, that often means building practical systems and clarifying values at the same time.

Sessions are direct, collaborative and sometimes funny. You won't get a lecture.

What Can Shift

  • Capable but inconsistentSelf-trust earned through kept commitments
  • Comparing yourself to everyoneChoosing based on what matters to you
  • Big plans that stallThe smallest meaningful step, then the next
