Tired of carrying it alone.
Therapy for veterans, service members, and first responders who are done handling everything by themselves.
Veterans, Military and First Responders
Who This Is For
Drew has seen government systems of care that did not help the people they were meant for. This practice is a private alternative.
- Veterans and service members adjusting to life after or around service.
- Firefighters, paramedics, police officers and dispatchers.
- Anyone used to being the one who handles it, and tired of doing it alone.
What We Work On
Hard calls and hard memories
Making room for what you carry without letting it run the day.
Staying switched on
Noticing when alertness that helps on the job follows you home.
Connection
Reaching back toward family and friends who feel far away.
Identity
Who you are outside the uniform or the role.
Asking for support is part of handling it. It isn't the opposite.
How Drew Works
Drew draws on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, Functional Analytic Psychotherapy and behavior analysis. He is direct, practical and doesn't do pep talks.
The pace is yours. You decide what to talk about and when, and the focus stays on the life you want now.
