Scope
This policy covers the website for Inner Space Psychological Services. It does not describe clinical records, which are handled separately and only if you become a client.
What This Website Collects
The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number and a short message. When you send it, those details are delivered to Drew by email so he can reply. The service that delivers them keeps a record of your name and contact details, so a message isn't lost if email delivery fails. It doesn't keep the text of your message.
The form also includes how you arrived at the site: the first page you visited and the website or search engine that referred you. This helps the practice understand how people find it. It's kept in your browser only for your current visit and is sent only if you submit the form.
The website has no accounts, intake questionnaires or payment features. Booking and newsletter links open third-party websites whose own privacy policies apply.
Visit Statistics
The website's hosting platform records basic visit statistics, such as pages viewed, the referring website, device type and country. The practice looks at these only in aggregate. No advertising pixels or third-party marketing tools are installed.
Hosting and Technical Logs
Like any website, the hosting provider that serves these pages may process basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, in order to deliver the page and protect the service. That processing is governed by that provider's own policies. See the Cookie Notice.
Please Don't Send Health Information Here
This website and its contact form are not a secure channel for clinical information. Please keep your message brief and don't include health details. Drew will follow up with you directly.
